Hi! I’m Kim. I’m so happy you are here. I help busy women who are struggling with their weight, health, body image and eating patterns to ditch the diets, nourish themselves confidently, and become their healthiest self. All while enjoying food, and enjoying life.

My unique non-diet approach combines evidence-based nutrition with intuitive eating, mindfulness and transformational coaching to give you the complete skill set you need to become your own body expert, and never need another diet again.
